     Mangrove Forests, referred to as 'Blue Carbon Ecosystems,' are essential for carbon sequestration (Carbon Sink) and marine ecosystem restoration. They function as marine life nurseries and contribute to the ecological recovery of Thailand's coastal regions.

     In collaboration with the Department of Marine and Coastal Resources, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, the company is involved in developing a mangrove planting project for carbon credit gains. This effort aligns with the company's social contributions by engaging in business activities with communities. Through technology-driven forest management and community involvement in forest preservation and ecosystem recovery, the project promotes balance and sustainability, yielding economic, social, and environmental benefits.

2025 Key performance

     The Company has participated as a developer of mangrove reforestation projects for carbon credit generation, which are classified under Climate Technology and Nature-based Solutions. These initiatives leverage natural ecosystems to address climate change sustainably through large-scale mangrove restoration, supported by robust monitoring and verification systems to ensure project integrity and environmental outcomes.

     The total project area covers 175,196.05 rai, with a project duration of 30 years. The projects are categorized into two key initiatives:
     1. Community-Collaborative Forest Development with 93 communities, Totaling 154,838.02 Rai.
    2. Newly Planted Forest: Totaling 20,358.03 Rai.

Investment Token Offering
     The Company is in the process of preparing to issue and offer digital tokens (Initial Coin Offering: ICO) with a total offering value not exceeding 480 million Baht. The proceed from offering will be used for expenses associated with the mangrove reforestation project, such as the cost of planting saplings, maintenance of the mangrove forests throughout the life of the Digital Token Project, fees related to issuance and offering of tokens, and repayment of any fundraising-related debts (if any). Additionally, it will be reserve as the Company’s working capital for management of the mangrove reforestation project. Token holders will have the right to receive returns based on the net proceed from sales of carbon credit. The offering has already been approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for public distribution.of Thailand (SEC) to offer the digital tokens to the public.
