    We regularly conduct employee opinion surveys to gather feedback and suggestions. The Human Resources Department and the Workplace Welfare Committee collaborate to analyze these results and develop management plans. The Welfare Committee is specifically tasked with carrying out these surveys and using the findings to propose and implement improved employee care programs within the organization.
