Human Rights and Fair Labor Practices

Human Rights

We are committed to growing our business sustainably and recognize and respect the human rights of all stakeholders equally. To ensure that we do not violate the human rights of any stakeholder throughout our business processes, we have established a Human Rights Policy. This policy guides our organization's approach to human rights, ensuring appropriate, fair, and non-discriminatory treatment of all internal and external stakeholder groups.

Human Rights Due Diligence: HRDD

We have implemented a comprehensive Human Rights Due Diligence (HRDD) process, referencing the risk assessment principles of the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs), which emphasize the duties to Protect, Respect, and Remedy. This serves as our guiding framework for operations. We recognize the importance and potential impacts of human rights issues across our business value chain and have developed guidelines for managing, preventing, and remedying human rights impacts.

Fair Employment Practices

The company regards all personnel as invaluable resources and is committed to treating them fairly. There are no conditions that would warrant unequal treatment. To ensure fairness, the company has a comprehensive and equitable employee care system. The company's fair and non-discriminatory employee practices are guided by the Code of Conduct, which serves as a guideline for all employees' work and is considered part of the 'Employee Rules and Regulations' that employees are obligated to comply with.
